ForeSee is a blockchain-based prediction market platform currently running on the BSC testnet. This platform does not constitute any investment advice. Please read all terms carefully before using.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ForeSee prediction market platform ("the Platform", "we", or "ForeSee").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

ForeSee provides the following services:

• Market Creation: Create prediction markets based on future events
• Trading Functionality: Buy and sell shares of market outcomes (YES/NO)
• Market Settlement: Automatic settlement and reward distribution
• Wallet Integration: Support for Web3 wallets such as MetaMask

Testnet Notice: The platform runs on BSC testnet using test tokens (non-real currency).

3. User Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be in restricted countries or regions

4. Account Responsibility

4.1 Wallet Security

• You are fully responsible for safeguarding your wallet private keys
• We cannot access, recover, or reset your private keys
• Losses from key leakage are your sole responsibility

4.2 Account Activity

• You are responsible for all activities using your wallet
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• You may not use another person's account or wallet

5. Prohibited Behavior

When using this Platform, you must not:

✕ Create false, misleading, or illegal markets
✕ Manipulate market prices or engage in insider trading
✕ Use automated tools (bots) for improper trading
✕ Interfere with platform operation
✕ Harass or threaten other users
✕ Infringe intellectual property rights
✕ Engage in illegal activities

6. Market Rules

6.1 Market Creation

• Markets must be based on verifiable future events
• End times must be clear and reasonable
• Descriptions must be clear and accurate
• Illegal markets are not allowed

6.2 Market Settlement

• Results reported by creator based on actual circumstances
• Settlement based on conditions set at creation
• Settlement decisions are final unless obvious errors
• Disputed markets may be mediated by us

7. Fees and Payments

• Platform charges transaction fees (currently 2%)
• All fees displayed before transactions
• Blockchain network gas fees are required
• We reserve right to adjust fee structure with advance notice

8. Risk Disclosure

9. Disclaimer

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties of data accuracy or completeness
• Warranties of investment returns or profits

10. Limitation of Liability

ForeSee shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities
• Inability to use this platform
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or blockchain issues
• Third-party actions including hacker attacks

Additional Terms

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

Platform content is protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot reproduce, modify, or reverse engineer without authorization.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access, delete content, or modify services without prior notice.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, then mediation, and finally through appropriate jurisdictional courts.

15. Terms Modification

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

16. Severability

Invalid provisions will be interpreted to reflect original intent; remaining provisions continue in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding platform use.
